Request Deletion of Your Data

You have the right to request that we delete your personal data. Choose one of the methods below to submit your request.

What Gets Deleted

• Your account credentials and login information
• Profile details: name, photo, bio, social links
• Subscription preferences and settings
• Messages and notifications
• Content you have uploaded (posts, media, streams)
• Connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

What Must Be Retained

Some data cannot be deleted immediately due to legal obligations:

• Financial transaction records — retained for 7 years for tax compliance
• Stripe payment records — retained by Stripe per their obligations
• Fraud prevention logs — retained to protect the platform

Where possible, retained records are anonymised so they are no longer linked to your identity.

Facebook Login Data

If you used Facebook to sign in, removing your Fans-R-Us account also removes the data we received from Facebook (name, email, profile photo). To additionally revoke Fans-R-Us access from Facebook itself, go to Facebook → Settings → Security and Login → Apps and Websites → Fans-R-Us → Remove.

Content Policy — No Explicit Material

Fans-R-Us does not host, permit, or distribute sexually explicit, adult-only, or obscene content. All content on the platform must comply with our community standards. Violating content is removed immediately and associated accounts may be terminated.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
